Swap Wallets

Swap Wallets lets you replace selected profile wallets with fresh wallets in one action. Sumo creates the replacement wallets, moves supported balances across, updates wallet assignments, and archives the old wallets after the swap is complete.

When to Use

• Fresh addresses — Continue operations from new wallet addresses
• Wallet hygiene — Rotate wallets after a launch, trading campaign, or funding cycle
• Retiring wallets — Move balances out of wallets you no longer want to use

How to Use

1. Open the profile's Wallets tab
2. Select one or more wallets
3. Open the wallet actions menu and click Swap wallets
4. Review the confirmation and click Swap Wallets

Use this when you want the selected wallets replaced, not just withdrawn. If you only want to send funds to an external destination, use Withdraw instead.

What Happens

1. Sumo creates one replacement wallet for each selected wallet
2. Native, quote, project-token, and supported token balances are moved from the old wallets to the replacements
3. Wallet groups and strategy assignments are updated to point at the new wallets
4. The old wallets are archived so they stay available for history, but are not reused for new operations
