Import to Profile

Import prepared Wallet Farm wallets into a trading profile so they can participate in strategies and treasury operations.

Once your wallets are funded, have on-chain history, and a trading profile is ready, you can import wallets from Wallet Farm into the profile.

How to Import

There are two directions for importing wallets between Wallet Farm and profiles:

From Wallet Farm to a Profile

Use this flow when your wallets are prepared in Wallet Farm and you are ready to move them into a specific trading profile.

Import From Farm modal with Wallet Farm folder selector and profile wallet group assignment
  1. Navigate to the target trading profile's Wallets tab
  2. Click + New Wallets
  3. Select the From Farm tab
  4. Choose one or more Wallet Farm folders
  5. Assign the imported wallets to an existing profile wallet group or create a new group
  6. Click Confirm

From a Profile to Wallet Farm

If you have wallets in an existing profile that you want to manage centrally:

Wallet Farm Add Wallets dialog with From Profile tab selected
  1. Open Wallet Farm from the dashboard
  2. Click the + (Add wallets) button
  3. Select the From Profile tab
  4. Choose the source profile and source wallet groups
  5. Optionally assign the imported wallets to a Wallet Farm folder
  6. Click Confirm

What Happens on Import

  • Wallets are cloned — the import creates independent copies in the target location. Source wallets remain unchanged in their original location.
  • Same on-chain address — cloned wallets share the same public address and key material, so the on-chain balance and history are identical.
  • Audit trail — every import is logged with the source profile and wallet IDs for full traceability in Audit Logs.

No Duplicate Risk

If a wallet already exists in the target profile or Wallet Farm, it is skipped during import. No duplicate entries are created.

Typical Workflow

A complete Wallet Farm preparation flow looks like this:

  1. Create wallets in Wallet Farm — Add Wallets
  2. Fund wallets using privacy-preserving providers — Privacy Funding
  3. Build on-chain history by swapping trending tokens — Generate Activity
  4. Wait for token launch — the token launches and a DEX pool is created
  5. Create a trading profile for the new token in Sumo
  6. Import wallets from Wallet Farm into the profile
  7. Start trading — wallets are funded, have history, and are ready to execute strategies
